Sunday 15th April 2012 - Wednesday 18th April 2012
Event website: http://www.foundry.jp/wcic/index_e.html
Full event details: Pamphlet for the 13th WCIC.
Market surveys have shown that Asian investment foundries now account for around the same market value for investment castings as European foundries. It is therefore appropriate that the 13th World Conference should be held in Asia, thus making the event a true World Conference. This will be the first time that Asia have been invited by the US and European associations to host a world conference. The prestigious 13th World Conference to be held at the Kyoto International Conference Center. The event will be managed by the Japanese Foundry Society and supported by the US Investment Casting Institute and the European Foundry Associations (EICF, CMF, BDG).
Exposition: Sunday, April 15 – Tuesday, April 17
The event will host an exposition for both foundries and suppliers, 80 exhibition booths are available
Lectures and Presentations: Monday April 16 – Tuesday April 17
The event is planning for 35 papers to be presented from Asia, the USA and Europe in two conference halls. The presentations will be in English covering topics on markets, foundries, suppliers and end users.
